Springmaking Service

Springmaking and Spring Repairs are done in Wellington at our Lower Hutt based forge in Eastbourne. 

In house we offer a full spring making service.

We will measure your vehicle for you or explain how you can measure if distance is a problem.

We make spring leaves and harden and temper them in specially designed heat treatment furnaces.

We repair existing springs and can reset them to adjust the ride height higher or lower depending on your requirements.

We machine and forge transport U bolts and centre bolts for all types of springs.

We overhaul springs and replace damaged parts and have hardness testing facilities.

Vintage car springs are our specialty.

We are trade qualified blacksmith-springmakers and have been working in this field for nearly forty years.
